cannot change arbic font size in word 2000

i am using Office 2000 in windos xp
i cannot change arabic font size in word
what will be the problem

To change Arabic Font size in Word, kindly follow below steps

1. Click Start-->Programs
2. Click Microsoft Office Tools
3. Click Microsoft Office Language Settings
4. Put check mark on "Arabic" in "Show controls and enable editing for" list
5. Click Ok
6. Open Word and change the Arabic font
