Hello,
to add signature in Outlook Express
click Tools--->Options---Signature tab--->click New button-->select "Text"
and type your text in "Edit Signature" section

if you have file contains your signature you can also attach it -->select
"File" instead of "text" then click "Browse" and select your file.
